Questions about connecting your system
Something else? Book a demo and ask us.
Which practice software does Terva book into?
Does Terva need our practice software login?
No. For Core Practice you sign in to approve the connection, so Terva never sees your password, and the other five connect with an API key or credentials.
Does Terva change our online bookings or reminders?
No. Your system’s own online bookings and reminders keep running, and Terva’s bookings sit in your diary like any other.
What does connecting cost?
Booking into your system is part of the Reception plan, which is A$200 a month with 100 minutes included, then 80c a minute, with no setup fee, and Halaxy charges separately for its API add-on. On Free, Terva takes booking requests instead.
