What happens when Free’s 30 minutes run out?
Callers can leave a callback request until your minutes reset next month. You can move to Reception at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Plans are monthly. If you cancel Reception, it runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Then your practice moves to Free and keeps its Terva number.
Do we keep our phone number?
Yes. Patients keep calling the number they know. You forward calls to Terva when the desk is busy or after hours.
Does Terva work with our PMS?
Yes. On Reception, our team connects Terva to your PMS on the setup call so it can book appointments for you.
Are calls recorded?
No. Each call has a transcript and summary in your Queue. Your data is hosted in Australia and isn’t used to train AI.
