Does Terva integrate with Splose?

Yes. Terva connects with an API key your account owner creates, then books, moves and cancels appointments in your Splose calendar on the Reception plan.

Where is the Splose API key, and who can create it?

Only your Splose account owner can. They ask Splose support to turn on API access, which isn’t available during a trial, then create the key in My Account under API.

Does Terva need our Splose login?

No. Your account owner creates an API key for Terva, so nobody shares a Splose login, and Terva stores the key encrypted.

Does Terva add new patients to Splose?

Yes, on the Reception plan. A new caller is added as a client from the details they give, then booked in.

Which cancellation reason does Terva use?

The one you choose with us at setup, from your own Splose cancellation reasons. Terva doesn’t cancel group or recurring appointments, and passes those to your team.

What does it cost to connect Splose?

It’s part of the Reception plan, which is A$200 a month with 100 minutes included, then 80c a minute, with no setup fee. On Free, Terva takes booking requests.
